Poi Dog x Hey, Kiddo = Aloha, Kiddo! Plus Bison FrizWits...for the first time ever
We (me, Ari, Coconut) are minutes away from landing in Colorado, where we are teaming up with our friend Kelly Whitaker of Id Est Hospitality to make a bunch of food.
(I just spat out two newsy, straightforward opening pieces for the Inquirer this morning, so my language today is especially frill-less and terse).
So, we come to Colorado. We make food.
Tomorrow (Saturday), Dry Storage will be baking the bread and bringing the bison as Ari makes bison FrizWits for the first time in FrizWit history.
On Sunday, there will be a pig, poke, mainland lu’au, huli huli chicken, mac salad, and all of my favorite foods on the rooftop at Hey, Kiddo! Which will be renamed Aloha, Kiddo for the night.
